Clare's journey took an unexpected turn in the 1990s when she faced personal loss and work-related stress. This led her on a profound healing path of self-discovery and spiritual growth. Seeking ways to support her own well-being, Clare delved into various complementary therapies, starting with Reiki in 2001. Over the years, she became a Reiki Master in the Usui and Angelic Reiki systems, while also exploring self-hypnosis, EFT, intuitive healing, crystal healing, and Access Consciousness Bars.

 

Building on her Reiki Master certification in 2003, Clare expanded her knowledge as a lightworker, becoming an Angelic Reiki Master in 2007, and later delving into Ascension Reiki and Access Consciousness Bars. These modalities deepened her connection with the high vibrational frequencies associated with the angelic realms. In fact, it was during the preparation for her first workshop, "Singing with Angels," that Clare channeled her first angelic artwork. Beyond her healing practice, Clare expresses her creativity through music, singing, and channel-led visual artwork, all of which complement each other beautifully.

 

Clare's passion for voice and sound healing led her to train as a natural voice practitioner, guiding harmony singing groups and empowering individuals to find their voices over the last 25 years.

 

Her most recent passion lies in Breathwork, where Clare has found the ultimate foundation for life and healing. She became a certified Breathwork Facilitator in 2021 and, later, a Breathwork Teacher in 2023.

Her heart-centered approach infuses all aspects of her work, which combines conscious relating, healing voice, and sound healing. Through her personal journey, Clare has gained profound insight into the human energy system, the healing process, and the extraordinary power of breath, vibration, and voice. She rediscovered her gifts as an intuitive, empath and lightworker, becoming dedicated to helping others on their paths to empowerment.

 

Clare's experience in healing modalities underpins her work with clients, breathers and singers. She seeks to unlock hidden potential through breathwork, liberating voices to experience the joy of harmony and facilitating creative self-expression through movement and music. Clare's workshops and ceremonies weave together her diverse skills and experiences, while she also provides one-on-one therapy and teaching sessions.

In 2023, Clare joined the teaching faculty of Breathing Space, where she mentors aspiring Breathwork Facilitators. Drawing on her voice work and intuitive practices, Clare has developed holistic workshops that blend complementary therapies with creative activities.

 

Clare excels at holding supportive spaces for groups intuitively, bringing a nurturing presence to any context. Her recent training as a Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) facilitator and Breathwork Teacher has deepened her understanding of the breath's power, particularly in CCB practice. She offers unique breathwork sessions, such as "Breathing in the Labyrinth" and "Breathing with the Ancestors," which combine breathwork with a deeply held space. Both one-on-one and group CCB sessions tailored to individual needs are available.
